Report: Rosneft boosts plan of oil shipments to China for 2017

YUZHNO-SAKHALINSK, Sep 11 (PRIME) -- Russian oil major Rosneft plans to supply record 40 million tonnes of oil to China in 2017 against previously planned 31 million tonnes, CEO Igor Sechin said in an interview with television channel Rossiya on September 10.

“In 2017, our company will ship, according to our estimates, around 40 million tonnes of oil to China. This is a record volume,” he said.

In January, Sechin said Rosneft would deliver up to 31 tonnes of oil to China this year.
